Team Lead, Remote Operations

Our client is a global organisation with an office here in Melbourne. Due to growth, they are now seeking a Team Lead or Supervisor of Remote Operations to manage a small team of 4 staff in their operations division. Your role will be to oversee the smooth running of the team that supports the configuration and testing of IT system, remotely and provide reporting, log file analysis for contractual reporting.

This opportunity will be best suited to a candidate who has a background in leading a Service or Help Desk team in IT and / or Electronics with a focus on process improvement and adhering to SLAs and KPIs. We are looking for someone with a sold level of experience with a background in IT in a supervisory capacity.
