Mandatory Skills:

  • PP Master Data: Material Master, BOM, Recipe/ Routing, Production Version
  • Materials Requirement Planning with different strategies, MRP areas
  • Manufacturing process in Process Industry
  • Process Order Execution – Order release, Goods Consumption, Confirmation, Completion of Orders, PI sheets
  • Batch management Shelf-Life Expiration Management, FEFO
  • Hands-on in MTO, MTS scenarios
  • Integration with MM & QM
  • RICEF
  • 1-2 implementation projects experience
  • Should have worked with Indian AMS customers
  • 5 years of SAP experience

    • Optional Skills:

  • Discrete & Repetitive Manufacturing
  • Serialized products & Configurable Materials
  • Standard Costing of Products

    • Candidate should have a thorough knowledge in PP-PI. A minimum of 1-2 implementation Cycles experience in PP. Knowledge in integrated areas like PP-QM, PP-CO. Should have worked for multiple AMS customers. Should have good communication skills.
