Team Lead / Senior Fundraiser

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented Fundraising Team Lead to coach, supervise and lead a team of fundraisers in door-to-door and face-to-face fundraising activities within the humanitarian/charity sector. This is a full-time leadership role that offers a chance to make a significant impact while developing your leadership and fundraising skills.

Please note you must already live in Finland in the Uusimaa-area. No relocation services provided.

Location: In different areas all around Uusimaa (Office located in Helsinki).

Hours: Full-time role, 37.5h work week. Must be able to work on-site 5 days a week (shifts during Mon‑Sat, but mainly Mon‑Fri). The work is mostly carried out during afternoon and evenings at 12‑20 (12‑8 PM).

Start Date: Preferably during April 2025.

Must have: A driver's license that is valid in Finland and owning a car you can use in work tasks is a plus.
