    We're seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Technician to step into a Team Lead position, combining hands-on technical work with leadership and exposure to the managment side of the business.


    This role is ideal for a senior tech who wants to keep working on the tools while developing the skills needed to progress into Account Management over time.
