We’re looking for an experienced Team Lead to own one or more product modules and lead a small team of developers (2–4 members).

What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor developers
• Plan and track module delivery
• Review code & PRs (first-level quality control)
• Enforce clean code, standards, and best practices
• Actively reduce technical debt and improve code quality
• Work closely with Associate Product Lead & Product Lead

What we’re looking for

• Strong PHP (Laravel) experience
• Solid Git & PR review discipline
• Good understanding of clean code & refactoring
• Experience leading or mentoring developers
