Team lead – software development (php / laravel)

We’re looking for an experienced Team Lead to own one or more product modules and lead a small team of developers (2–4 members).
What you’ll do
Lead and mentor developers
Plan and track module delivery
Review code & PRs (first-level quality control)
Enforce clean code, standards, and best practices
Actively reduce technical debt and improve code quality
Work closely with Associate Product Lead & Product Lead
What we’re looking for
Strong PHP (Laravel) experience
Solid Git & PR review discipline
Good understanding of clean code & refactoring
Experience leading or mentoring developers
Ownership mindset with focus on quality & stability
