Role Context

As a Team / Tech Lead , you are first and foremost a senior hands-on engineer who leads by building. You will spend a significant portion of your time writing, reviewing, and evolving production code while guiding a small engineering squad.

This role is intentionally code-heavy . You set direction through architectural choices, code quality, and delivery decisions—not through process overhead....
