Team Lead - Split Case / Full case (2nd Shift)

Position Summary:

The Team Lead – Split case is responsible for coordinating the flow of production orders through the split case system and supporting areas in an efficient, organized, and timely manner. This role ensures all production stages are executed according to safety, quality, and productivity expectations. The Team Lead serves as a liaison between departments, communicates priorities, supports team execution, and maintains oversight of materials and accurate reporting.

• Oversee daily execution of production orders in the  area; ensure timely and accurate completion across all stages.
