Responsibilities
Execute and ensure the supply chain strategy for production and material planning Lead the hiring, training and monitoring, as well as the mentoring and performance evaluation of supply planners and call-off functions Focus on the supply chain process to promote customer service Identify potential projects to standardize and implement best practices for procurement planning processes, people and tools Ensure continuous improvement projects are successfully implemented across the procurement planning organization Encourage the team to independently identify root causes of disruptions to improve customer service Ensure that the execution planning team supports the agreed service levels of stakeholders across the supply chain Requirements
