Your day at NTT DATA The Senior Team Lead, Business Process is a developing management role, responsible for building the business case for business processes and leading the governance of process performance and process change. This role plays a crucial role in evaluating and enhancing company business processes to achieve operational excellence and support organizational objectives. This senior team lead role is responsible for managing a team who is accountable for less complex processes from end-to-end which includes implementation, maintenance, and improvement of such process(es).
