Location: Austin, TX 78745
Type: 4‑month Contract‑to‑Hire
Work Environment: On‑site, Call Center
Compensation: $28.85–$31.25/hr + potential $5k–$7k bonus once converted
Pre-employment Requirement: Must be willing to submit to background AND drug screening

We’re looking for a Technical Support Team Lead to support a fast‑paced communication center and guide a team of support representatives. You'll handle technical escalations, mentor team members, and help ensure service excellence across phone, email, alarms, and chat channels.
