Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- 8+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment Process
- 2+ years of experience in leading a team of 10+ recruiters.
- Working exp with Direct clients preferably semi-conductor clients.
- Hands-on exp using VMS and ATS.
- Recruit, manage, and lead a dynamic team that responds to and fulfills Clients hiring needs.
- Build talent pipeline through alternate sources innovative methods.
- Coordinate with the Business to have a thorough understanding of the job profiles.
- Experience with sourcing techniques and tools, such as LinkedIn and job boards.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviewing, and evaluation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
