Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • 8+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment Process
  • 2+ years of experience in leading a team of 10+ recruiters.
  • Working exp with Direct clients preferably semi-conductor clients.
  • Hands-on exp using VMS and ATS.
  • Recruit, manage, and lead a dynamic team that responds to and fulfills Clients hiring needs.
  • Build talent pipeline through alternate sources innovative methods.
  • Coordinate with the Business to have a thorough understanding of the job profiles.
  • Experience with sourcing techniques and tools, such as LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviewing, and evaluation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software...
