We are seeking an experienced, confident and passionate Diploma Qualified Team Leader to lead a room of educators and create engaging, high-quality learning environments for children aged 0–6 years.

This role is ideal for an educator ready to step into leadership, mentor others and play an active role in shaping the daily learning experience for children.

As Team Leader, you will work closely with the Educational Leader and Centre Management to design, implement and evaluate child-focused programs that align with:

• Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Child Care Regulations and NQF
