Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Attend Registration requests received from enterprise customer.
  • Follow up on the Customer registration request.
  • Verify customer documents and educate customers on the missing documents.
  • Create activity for customers to process the registration.
  • Follow up with document management team to ensure customer registration is processed.
  • Update the customer with the registration status.
  • Deactivate any number which is not approved by the customer during the renewal process.
  • Provide daily productivity reports and queue status.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of higher Degree in Business / Telecommunications or any equivalent

Experience:

  • 1 Year experience in BO operations
