About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in providing day to day leadership, mentoring, and operational support to our CSW's. You will foster a supportive team culture while upholding Amana Living's Vision, Mission, and Values.

  • Provide mentoring, coaching, and guidance to Community support workers
  • Lead by example, promoting best practices in client care
  • Support new staff with onboarding, training, and development
