Team Leader, Construction Services

Defence Construction Canada is looking for a confident and self-driven Team Leader, Construction Services to support a growing site that operates as an extension of our established location. In this role, you’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day leadership at the site, working with a high degree of independence as your manager will be based off‑site. You’ll be counted on to be resourceful, proactive, and comfortable making informed decisions in a dynamic environment. Travel to other sites (such as Borden) — at least twice per month—will be required to maintain strong alignment, collaboration, and connection with the broader team.

The Team Leader, Construction Services, ensures the quality of service delivery within the service line at a site with a small to medium-sized construction program.
