Job Description
+ Report to Operations Manager directly - providing regular performance review on audit service and scheduling process
+ People monitoring to achieve team KPI goals (Utilization, TAT, Report Defect, Auditor Risk level etc)
+ Conduct / arrange report/field evaluations based on RS social auditor competency guideline requirements.
+ Provide feedback to Operations Supervisors to determine auditor performance, such feedback can contribute to a list of managerial actions, included but is not limited to promotion, demotion, termination, annual review, discipline.
+ Act as a mentor to the new hires in the team, provide support and conduct field training.
+ Communications with auditors: hold small-sized team meetings based on actual needs via phone, and Lync.
