  • Collaborate with other departments to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
  • Develop creative concepts and design solutions for a variety of projects, including digital and print media.
  • Utilize After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant software to create engaging audio-visual content.
  • Ensure consistency in design principles and brand guidelines across all projects.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple design projects simultaneously.
  • Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and manage timelines to meet project deadlines.
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Review and approve design work produced by the team to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and aligns with project objectives.
  • Provide mentorship and training to team members, fostering skill development and growth within the creative team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, and share knowledge with the team.
    Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer with a focus on audio-visual content.
  • Demonstrated expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant software.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or team lead role.
