Job Description

As part of the management team , the Team Leader at Dollarama supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in the daily retail operations . This role is essential in maintaining a productive, organized, and safe store environment. In the absence of senior management, the Team Leader acts as the Manager on Duty (MOD) .
