Position Title: Team Leader - DRIP Project
Required Skill:
He / She should have at least 20 years of experience in broad range of water resources with emphasis on dam safety, dam planning and design aspects.
He/ She should have experience in leading and coordinating the activities of multi-disciplinary teams of experts in such projects.
He/ She should have a good academic background with degree in Civil Engineering and preferably a master degree in engineering/management.
Job Description:
Overall In-charge for Project Monitoring, Management and responsible for introducing required corrective actions timely and correctly to achieve the intended objectives during the project implementation period. Project planning & programming, to deal with all technical and managerial issue of project, take appropriate corrective measures for keep the project activities on right track, ensure timely delivery of all deliverables. The preparation of weekly work plans for all experts and staff, its implementation, regular monitoring of deliverables by all team members on daily, weekly and monthly time scale. The overall resource work monitoring shall be done by web based online tool. All third party CS&QA activities,
Consultant’s State Sub-Units resources and work targets, achievement, work flow as well as assigning officially the work targets to these field offices. In addition to these, activities like Profile Mobilization, deliverables like Draft inception report, Brief monthly progress report, Quarterly and annual progress, Report of the overall project, Quarterly and annual progress report of ESMF, Assessment report, Draft withdrawal plan, Final withdrawal plan, Report for development of future strategy, Draft completion report, Final completion report, Standard Project Template Form, Document Management and Dissemination System, overall monitoring and review responsibilities etc. The Project to be steered professionally with advance corrective actions to ensure to achieve all intended outcomes and objectives of this Scheme.
