We are hiring an experiencedField Sales Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives forEtisalat Fixed Services. The role involves supervising field operations,achieving sales targets, and driving performance in residential communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead,supervise, and coach field sales teams
  • Conductoutdoor sales for Etisalat fixed services
  • Assigndaily targets and track team performance
  • Ensureaccurate documentation and compliance
  • Supportteam during customer interactions
  • Maintaindaily performance and activity reports

Requirements

  • 2–4years of field(outdoor) sales experience preferably Etisalat/DU products &others also welcome.
  • Teamhandling experience is preferred.
  • Abilityto work in field environment and meet monthly targets
