Responsibilities:
To ensure that the team processes all requests including but not limited to New policy setup, Renewals, Policy endorsements, certificates, and queries are accepted in accordance with required checklists, executed, coordinated and followed up with other departments to resolve in a timely manner. To ensure that the team understands and adhere to all underwriting, regulatory and compliance requirements including but not limited to screening of requirements, reporting suspicious transactions as applicable and retention of records. Responsible for being familiar with and to train the team on organizational policies, procedures and to ensure adhere to all process guidelines within medical policy operations areas. To review process compliance based on QC feedbacks or random audits and to ensure that adequate process controls are in place and are followed religiously. Publishing reports at various internals within the department or to other stakeholders and management including Productivity & Performance, Quality, Team Audit, WIP and Discrepancies, Renewal Notices etc. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. Licentiate or Associate Certificate from CII is preferred. Minimum 6 years of experience in the insurance industry. Very Good command of English (spoken and written). Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
