Big Dog Marketing is expanding! We’re looking for a motivated, hands‑on Team Leader to oversee our high-performing Superannuation Review Booking Team. If you’re confident on the phone, love coaching others, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, this role is for you.

About the Role

You will lead a team of outbound callers who book superannuation review appointments for our partnered advisors. This is a dual role: part leadership, part performance-based booking. You’ll supervise daily operations, motivate the team, and also get on the phones yourself to set the standard.

This is a full-time salary position , Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
