  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives
  • Drive sales targets for residential/commercial projects
  • Plan and execute site visits, client meetings, and closures
  • Handle high-value clients and assist the team in deal closures
  • Train, mentor, and monitor team performance on a daily basis
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation and campaigns
  • Maintain MIS reports, sales pipelines, and conversion data
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and post-sales coordination
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and inventory
