Job Description

  • Managing a large team of sales enthusiasts.
  • Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies & programs to capture key demographics.
  • Building & promoting healthy, long-lasting relations with existing & new dealers.
  • Understanding their needs and requirements and convincing them to participate in the live auctions.
  • Managing monthly targets for selling vehicles to the channel partners.
  • Addressing requirements and escalations.
  • Following up for dealer tokens and full and final payments.
  • Regularly coordinating with the operation team to ensure dealer satisfaction and service delivery excellence.
  • Acting as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for all dealers regarding their requirements and escalations.

Requirements

  • Relevant work experience in sales
  • Graduation degree
  • Good verbal communication skills
