Team Leader I

Collaborate with a Shift Supervisor to ensure workers are efficient.

Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts

Responsibilities include resolving conflicts and checking equipment. 

Schedule employee shifts and assign duties

Manage time-off requests and handle last-minute absences

Train and coach new employees

Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to management.

Ensure health and safety standards are followed

Address customer and employee complaints

Foster and maintain a positive work environment

Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma or higher in related field.

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
