Team leader (IC Verification)

IC Development

· Assist local manager in leading a team of IC verification engineers

· Perform as project leader for effective project execution

· Provide technical assistance to team members and mentor junior engineers

· Perform IP and SOC verification, from definition of verification plan to coverage sign-off

· Maintain the highest level of quality for the verification environment

· Participate actively to the continuous improvement of the verification flow

· Study and keep up knowledge in connectivity technology such as USB, UART, SPI, I2C, AHB etc.

Requirements

· Degree/Master in Electrical/Electronic Engineering

· 10+ years’ experience in the area of digital IC design

· Working experience from design to tape-out is essential

· Excellent communication and root cause analysis skills

· Team player, can inspire team members
