The CRPM Implementation Lead is responsible for end-to-end delivery of Charles River Private Markets (CRPM) platform implementations for institutional clients. This role ensures successful onboarding, configuration, testing, and go-live support of CRPM solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams including Data Management, Engineering, Integration Services, and Client Services.
Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Own the implementation lifecycle from kickoff through post-go-live stabilization, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
