Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:

  • Oversee and manage accurate and timely payroll processing for India and selected APAC countries (e.g., Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Philippines).
  • Review and validate payroll inputs, statutory deductions, tax filings, and year-end processes.
  • Ensure adherence to local tax laws, social security requirements, and labor regulations.
  • Manage complex payroll calculations including variable pay, bonus payouts, stock options, and expatriate compensation (where applicable).

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and mentor payroll analysts and specialists.
  • Set performance objectives, conduct regular reviews, and drive continuous improvement in team performance.
