Domus are searching for a dedicated health and social care professional to lead a team of Learning Disability support specialists in Hull, East Ridings.

Ideally, we are looking for a care professional with Learning Disability support experience who has previously led staff in service. We would certainly consider a highly experienced Support Worker looking to take a step up into leadership.

Key Responsibilities of a Team Leader:

  • Lead and direct the teams in person centered planning and support for the people we support, ensuring that tailored support plans are completed, reviewed, and continuously developed to meet individual needs, wishes and outcomes.
