Do you have experience working as a manager, supervisor or Team Leader in logistics? Then IKEA Delft is looking for you! As a Team Leader logistics (at IKEA we call it Goods Flow) you are leading and supporting a team of about 20 co-workers. You coordinate and optimize Goods Flow operations in the store. This will result in product availability for customers and the correct quality of the goods flow process in the store at the lowest possible costs.

IKEA Delft is looking for a Team Leader in the logistics department. Within this department we have different teams who work on different hours. We have a morning team (working hours between 05:00 and 10:00) an evening team (working between 21:00 and 01:00) and a team who works more during the day. At this moment, we are looking for a Team Leader for the morning team.
