This role is ideal for a structured, people-focused project leader who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. You will manage a dedicated client pod, oversee daily marketing delivery, and help strengthen communication, performance, and culture across the offshore team.

Responsibilities

Client Delivery & Project Management

• Oversee the daily workflow for multiple client accounts, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, on brand, and aligned with strategy.
• Translate campaign briefs from onshore directors into clear, actionable tasks for the offshore team.
• Monitor project progress through ClickUp and other tools, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Review posts, visuals, and videos for quality, consistency, and accuracy before client submission.
