Job Description

  • Material Selection & Development
  • Select and design materials for product applications, ensuring performance, durability, and cost-efficiency
  • Develop new materials or improve existing materials to meet the evolving needs of the industry
  • Metallurgical Testing & Analysis:
  • Conduct physical and mechanical testing of materials, including tensile, hardness, fatigue, and impact tests.
  • Analyse test results to assess material properties and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform failure analysis to diagnose issues with materials or products, including root cause analysis and corrective action recommendations
  • Process Improvement
  • Work with SBU team to optimize material processing techniques in special processes like - heat treatment, plating, welding, casting, plastic moulding and so on.<...
