Role Description



Job Title: Team Leader



*Job Summary: *



We're seeking experienced Team Leaders to manage dark store operations across
quick commerce segment. The role entails improving the packer productivity,
manage daily store operations and improve Key Growth metrics



*Key Responsibilities: *



1. *Operations Management*: Oversee daily operations ofthe dark store/warehouse,
ensuring seamless execution of order fulfillment, inventory management, and
last-mile delivery.



2. *Team Management*: Lead and develop a team of 15-20 Associates/Packers,
ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.



3. *Track Store Metrics*: Optimize in store metrics, improve packer
productivity and control Pilferage across the dark store.



4. *Compliance and Risk Management*: Ensure adherenceto company policies,
procedures, and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and ensuring a safe
working environment.

- 1-2 years of relevant experience

- Location - Mumbai, Goa and Bangalore
