Team Leader - DMC

We have a permanent, full-time position available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £38,656 rising to £41,777 per year after key competencies of the role are met.

The role of Team Leader would be responsible for managing operationally a team of Skilled Operatives and external contractors including all relevant plant equipment with associated people management and safety responsibilities. By setting and achieving objectives the post holder will ensure service demands are met timely, effectively, and efficiently with the best possible customer experience. Guidance and influence will be provided internally to managers and employees as well as engaging with external stakeholders, including customers and service providers.
