Overview

The Team Leader will assist day-to-day management and mentoring of Client Advisors at the Oakridge store, develop and maintain a strong personal client business, and ensure an elevated experience for clients while supporting the Store Manager to meet quantitative and qualitative goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Store Manager with daily management of the sales team
  • Act as Manager on Duty in absence of Store Manager or Store Operations Manager
  • Lead by example on the sales floor and mentor staff on standard processes
  • Hold keyholder duties including opening and closing the store
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained with leadership
  • Conduct weekly meetings to review sales projections and provide coaching
