Team Leader OFD(Own Front Door)

<p>The priority target group for a Housing Plus response is our tenants who have an ongoing support need linked to them maintaining their tenancy. It seeks to end homelessness for these individuals through promoting access to housing with intensive and multi-disciplinary visiting support. The service includes our Own Front Door and Housing with supports services.</p> <p><strong>Primary purpose of the Role:</strong></p> <p>To work as part of the management team of Tar Isteach Housing provide day-to-day leadership, management and supervision of staff employed by Tar Isteach Housing in the Housing Plus Service.</p>
