Job Description
Organized, efficient, and adaptable, the Team Leader – Operations ensures seamless merchandise flow and store operations. Supporting the Assistant Store Leaders for Operations and Visual, you lead, plan, and supervise merchandising and stock teams, adjusting priorities and schedules to keep the salesfloor customer-ready. You manage salesfloor, backdoor, and curbside operations, oversee inventory replenishment and back-of-house standards, and maintain control of store expenses, including supplies, packaging, and truck scheduling. You protect margin through safe product handling and effective management of second-quality and clearance items. As a mentor and leader, you communicate the design vision, provide feedback, and foster collaboration across teams to deliver operational and visual excellence.
