Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to take a key role in leading the Dry mix Bagging Plant team at our Bulwer Island site. In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day operations of the dry mix bagging plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You will provide guidance and direction to your team, support maintenance planning and reporting, and drive continuous improvement across safety, people, and plant performance.
