Overview

Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Team Leader role in Adelaide. Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners while ensuring services are person-centred, evidence-based, and aligned with NDIS Practice Standards. Foster a positive team culture, drive quality improvements, and ensure participants receive high-quality behaviour support that enhances independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, mentoring, and supervision to Behaviour Support Practitioners.
• Oversee and guide the development, implementation, and review of Behaviour Support Plans.
• Maintain and embed quality frameworks, policies, and compliance with NDIS regulations.
