Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Pre Sales Team Leader to manage and drive a team of telecallers and lead generation executives. The role focuses on converting leads into qualified walk-ins, ensuring high productivity, quality client engagement, and seamless coordination with sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of 8 to 9 on roll Pre-Sales executives
  • Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
  • Monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline

Lead to Walk-in Conversion

  • Plan and execute strategies to convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified walk-ins
  • Drive project-wise walk-in targets in coordination with the sales team

Performance & Productivity Tracking

  • Ensure each team member meets minimum daily call, connect, and follow-up benchmarks
  • Track conversions, drop-offs, and improvement areas

Client Engagement & Follow-ups

  • Ensure timely follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and lead nurturing
  • Maintain a high standard of customer experience from first contact to walk-in

Call Quality & Content Monitoring

  • Monitor call quality and accuracy of information shared with clients
  • Ensure concise, clear, and compliant communication

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales for smooth customer handover
  • Coordinate with Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion efficiency

Process, Systems & MIS

  • Ensure adherence to CRM processes and internal systems
  • Prepare MIS reports, reviews, and insights for senior management
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing (MBA preferred)
  • 4–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Telecalling leadership (Real Estate or Financial Services preferred)
  • Strong people management and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and lead management tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets
  • Knowledge of Pune real estate market is an advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Candidates residing in Western Pune or nearby areas (Baner, Kothrud, Bavdhan, Warje, Pashan, Hinjewadi, Balewadi, etc.) will be preferred for ease of commute
  • Immediate to short notice joiners preferred

Compensation:

  • Salary: ₹60,000 to ₹70,000 per month
