About the role
The Team LeaderProcurement Execution role is a fixed-term, 6-month assignment established
to ensure strong ownership, alignment, and performance of the European
Procurement Execution category within AAK. The purpose of the role is to
stabilize, align, and optimize procurement execution activities across Europe
while strengthening Procure-to-Pay (P2P) governance and operational
consistency.
The role leads a
geographically distributed team of Purchasing Assistants and focuses on
streamlining processes, clarifying responsibilities, and implementing a short-
to mid-term strategy that supports efficient procurement operations and
prepares the organization for long-term success.
