Are you passionate about leading teams and driving operational success? Join our operative area as a Team Leader. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of the production plan during each shift, while meeting key metrics in EHS, QFS, cost, and service.
You'll coordinate with your team members on the assigned line and ensure effective communication with maintenance resources. Additionally, you'll work with the administrative and service teams to manage the line's needs. This on-site role is located in Querétaro, México.

**Detail Oriented**: Ensure compliance with the production plan during the shift by leading daily revision meetings to review team performance indicators (DDS1) and updating the platform's indicator board accordingly.
