Job Description

Policybazaar For Business is seeking an experienced and result-driven Team Leader – Sales to lead our outbound sales team across B2B segment in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess strong people management skills, a hands-on sales approach, and the ability to drive consistent performance against targets.


Key Responsibilities include:

- Leading, mentoring, and managing an outbound sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

- Driving B2B sales through outbound calling and follow-ups.

- Monitoring team performance, productivity, and call quality.

- Coaching team members on sales pitch, objection handling, and closing techniques.

- Ensuring adherence to company processes, compliance, and quality standards.

- Preparing and sharing regular MIS, performance reports, and action plans.

- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve sales outcomes and customer experience.

- Handling escalations and supporting the team in closing high-value deals.


Eligibility & Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in outbound sales.

- Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales environments.

- Strong background in managing outbound sales teams.

- Experience in BFSI/Insurance/Fintech sales is preferred.
