Job Description

  • Communicate material requirements and production plans to suppliers; escalate supplier-related issues to the reporting authority as needed.
  • Perform stock calculations at regular intervals and escalate any variances to the superior.
  • Ensure accurate material transactions in the system; highlight RED stock items during daily meetings.
  • Monitor all inward and outward activities as per GRN compliance.
  • Conduct trials and inspections as per the approved drawings.
  • Ensure adherence to all external and internal audit standards, and drive improvement requirements to maintain product quality at the supplier end.
  • Lead, guide, and coach the supervisor team at the supplier location; interact daily with the supplier team for CI (Continuous Improvement) activities.
