Drive team performance through safe working practices and process adherence to achieve desired business production targets.

• Ensuring all employees are following business H&S rules and guidelines.
• Ensuring discipline is always maintain on the manufacturing floor
• Communication with team via daily briefs
• Performance review with all team members ensuring that employees are fully aware of how they and the team are performing against production targets
• Sign off all training records to ensure employees are fully competent in tasks they are being asked to perform
