Basic Function

Petro-Canada Lubricants Inc. (PCLI), an HF Sinclair company, is seeking a Team Leader of Technical Services Engineering. Reporting to the Director Engineering, the Technical Services Team Lead is responsible for the development of operational strategies to optimize throughputs and yields while providing technical support and input to operations to ensure a safe, reliable and profitable operation. Leads unit test runs, unit performance runs and optimization initiatives. Responsible for oversight, support and continuous improvement of plant automation systems, advanced process control optimization, and process information systems. Provides guidance and mentorship for the development of technical personnel.
