Team Leader, Third‑Party Management at Desjardins

Responsibilities

  • Meet targets on time and on budget and manage results, performance, quality and client/partner satisfaction.
  • Develop training and skills development strategies and action plans for team members.
  • Play a non‑decision‑making role in hiring, performance management, discipline and skills development; manage the budget.
  • Serve as a point of contact with the integrator and business line.
  • Have an in‑depth understanding of the business line’s reality, priorities, objectives and challenges.
  • Bring together the business line’s priorities and the third‑party roadmap.
  • Have a global view of the health of the division’s third parties in terms of performance and risks.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on major projects and changes that could affect the business line’s third‑party portfolio.
