Team Leader, Visual Expert
LOEWE is currently seeking a Team Leader, Visual Expert to join its Short Hills location! The role will assist in the day-to-day management and mentoring of our team of Client Advisors as well as develop and maintain a strong personal client business, ensuring an elevated experience for new as well as existing clients. The Sales Supervisor will partner with the Store Manager to ensure key results, both quantitative and qualitative, are being met by the Client Advisors. You are responsible not only for meeting your individual and store sales targets and clientele sales goals but also for maintaining the visual standards of the store. Responsibilities will include partnering with the VM corporate team to facilitate and execute floor changes, overseeing the implementation and adherence of VM standards within Short Hills and directly managing immediate VM needs throughout the business day.
