This team leader post is an opportunity to support a fantastic team of support workers including Outreach support and Housing First services in changing the lives of the clients that come into the Two Saints services. 
The right candidate will have a knowledge in supporting clients with co-occurring needs and a good knowledge of safeguarding, adult social services and the benefits system. Or, will have managerial experience.

Experience of working within the homelessness sector is essential, managerial experience not necessary but would be a bonus. Ideal candidate would be compassionate, have the ability to make difficult decisions and be comfortable in challenging situations. This job would suit somebody who enjoys a fast paced environment where no two days are the same and must be a team player.
